Hey Guys, it's time for our next badass burlesque event - THIS SATURDAY at Mr T's Bowl in Highland Park, 21+ -

March 13th, to rock out and booze it up with La Cholita, Masuimi Max, Laura Byrnes, Gambler's Mark, and the Muertones!

Come celebrate
both La Cholita's and Masuimi's birthday, get down to rockin' tunes
from DJ Johnny Devil, and shop the boutique featuring items from

Micheline Pitt will guide you through a night filled
with music, mayhem, and madness! Dress to fit the Alice In Wonderland
theme - the best dressed guests of the night will get a little surprise!

Admission
is $10 and the doors open at 8pm! The entrance to Mr. T's Bowl is not
on Figueroa, drive around the block via ave 57 and park in the huge
parking lot - the entrance is just off the parking lot!

Admission is a very reasonable $10 - that's like, $1.60 per boob, for reals.

NOTE: The entrance to Mr. T's is in the back, from Figueroa you'll need to go down Ave 57 and into the parking lot in back of the building - the entrance is back there.

Burlesque Classes with Violet Valentine - May 3rd!

Have you ever wondered how to get started doing burlesque? How to put together an act, a costume, and stage hair and makeup?


Violet Valentine - PinUpGirlClothing.com model and burlesque performer, is now offering classes, with makeup and hair consultation by Micheline Pitt, and a burlesque photo shoot by Laura Byrnes:





Class Includes:

This class will teach you the ins and outs of burlesque, stage presence, and costume construction, so you can release your inner “Queen of Tease”.

With the assistance of Micheline Pitt - a renowned celebrity make-up artist and hair stylist, Violet will teach the attendees how to properly apply stage make-up and hair to dazzle anyone.

At the end of your class you will have the chance to shoot with Laura Byrnes, owner and main photographer at PinUpGirlClothing.com . We suggest bringing 1 outfit that you would like to showcase for your photos. We will have Pinup Couture, and Dixiefried items to wear as well as a “BACK-UP”. The shoot will be one burlesque look only, and ONE high-res, retouched photo will be sent to you via email.

Violet Valentine burlesque class at Film Noir Studios - Schedule:

12:00-Arrival, meet and greet. We will be serving champagne and appetizers

1:00- Class begins. Discussions about what each participant would like to gain from the class..

1:30 – The pros and cons of burlesque. Q&A as well as basic info presented in folder and discussed.

2:00- Costume prep and construction, trade secrets, secret shopping locations.

3:00- Pastie class, how to make your own pasties and application.

4:00- Dance moves and stage presence

5:00- Make up tips with Violet and Q & A with Micheline Pitt. Micheline will be doing Make-up on Violet Valentine during this segment, talking and discussing proper make-up application for stage and photoshoots. She will be answering questions, but will not be doing make-up for attendees. You are asked to bring your own make-up kit and brushes as well as a hand mirror for personal application tips and assistance.

6:00- Photo shoot with Laura Byrnes of PinUpGirlClothing.com on burlesque set at Film Noir Studios.
